The SEC would nail them if it were a scam. That is what a lot of people are saying. HOWEVER, there are many shady ways to orchestrate business deals where people get ripped off and yet all the legal hoops have been cleared. Harris himself said last night that this was a new and unique kind of business venture. This sounds real convoluted to me and leaves all kind of room for legal squirming.
