I've been here in this since pre merger as well and I agree with you on most occasions. Regards to a up listing I would agree as well if it weren't for the fact that the amount of shares owned by insiders ( Wallach ) mainly I'm not so sure any institutional buyers would jump in. What are your thoughts ?
