I guess it comes down to how much the patent is worth. We now know they had $1.87 in net cash on 12/31 so probably around $1.75 now with the trials being halted in February. Is someone willing to pay $1, $3, $5, $10 per share plus cash on hand to take it over? I have no idea but would imagine $2.50 would be the rock bottom? Also there is almost a million shares shorted right now.
