Patience does win the race...unless you are riding a donkey. And this pig is a donkey. So they R/S'd the stock to make the optics look better. They still have almost no revenue, and very little cash. The only way to get cash is to sell shares at a huge % discount, which is going to start the dilution all over again. I would think this is at or very near the high water mark until the next RS...which is absolutely coming
