There was a weekly 'no bid watch report' amd reverse split date guessing contest on the old RB RVMO board. The winner of the contest was something less than a week off on a guess made over 3 months ago. The new issue RVME lost 85% of its value on its first day. Those guys are legally but criminally abusing the system. The SEC should shut them down.
