First of all, that says they have enough resources to complete phase 3 trials, not bring to market. It's also filled with BS like we didn't get massively diluted with a RS and share offering to get that $45M, which by the way, is less money than they lost in 2015, $50M. Without doing more offerings, company will be flat broke by the end of the year which leaves no money to bring drugs to market if trial results are positive.
