A couple of thoughts...
If you think the monetary settlement with cooper is important to EPGL, you can put an upper bound on it by looking at the latest cooper 10Q. It appears to me that many don't realize that if the amount were financially material to Cooper they would have had to disclose it.

Right now, there are no patents... only patent applications. As I have said before, based on my reading of the patent applications it appears to me EPGL is 3 to 5 years behind their competition. It is unlikely any of the first five patents will be granted.

It appears to me some believe there is a functional prototype of a smart contact lens that does autofocus. There is no evidence that such a thing exists yet. It is clear that the picture EPGL has been showing of a contact lens with integrated electronics is more a test pattern than a functional prototype.
