As mentioned the trend was broken on the failure to break and hold .007. The weekly fell short, no pun intended as the bands didn't get enough buying pressure to open. Take in consideration at that pivotal .007 transition the note holders used a certain Market Maker to sell some preferred at the top of the trend. This is quite normal in the OTC. At this point i would use caution entering this security. It appears the down trend is in full form.
