im in no way saving the world here, but misinformation drives me nuts.

i think the 8K supercedes 'he said' just an fyi...

and the 8K says...
"In the event that the Actual Average Closing Price is less than $15.00... Company shall elect, in its sole discretion, to:
(a) maintain the Average Closing Price at a price equal to the Actual Average Closing Price;"

actually he stated that option a is only valid if it closes above
15$ per share...which to me sounds like the best option =p

basically he stated that all 3 options put this thing at or above $15
