I agree, it should be on the next 10Q if it is real as this one was up to Feb 29th and the deal was unlikely to be concluded as the announcement was less than 2 weeks previous and was just to say they had announced agreement on principal terms.
It is definitely a slow burner/bleeder depending on your perspective and i remain positive if now a lot more cautiously based on the lack of follow up and definite progress i would not increase my position, its only just above subpenny so any decent verifiable news will move it fast. IMO at this PPS worth hanging in there for a while longer
