The capital structure is important in deciding whether to go long or simply buy and sell short to intermediate term. If a company is broke, and owes more that it can pay, then it can do nothing but go bankrupt or simply fade away.

I like the concept, even though lyric jeans will be a fad if it ever catches on, go gang-busters for awhile, maybe even for a year, then fade away.

But it cannot get even that chance unless it does more than put out fluff PRs.

I was hoping to get into the stock, but I want to see some action before I do.
