Interesting. It went from being a wholly owned subsidiary to what? A separate company? How did it become a subsidiary in the first place? Did they sell it? Who operated it? Who will operate it now?

Maybe they'll file a pr about it. But probably not. After all, they didn't file the 10-Q when they were supposed to after filing the late notice.

I guess PNIK is dead.
