Just a wondering question... why would anyone give ARYC a 5 million line of credit, or any type of financing, toxic or otherwise, if this case was such a slam dunk? You would think that these companies did some kind of DD before agreeing to give money to a company that had no chance of winning the lawsuit. Just my wondering mind at work here.
