The news just posted by GPXM looks very bad. They have filed SEC Form 15, apparently to me they are de-registering the common stock, and perhaps eliminating reporting requirements like quarterly reports. Let's hear some comments on what is going on. Here's the filing:

This comes on top of the last news that said Pinnacle did not pay GPXM the money they owed them, instead they filed for some kind of bankruptcy protection, and are now suing GPXM and its officers.
