It may very well be, I don't know that. If its dilution then it doesn't look good. Either way if its a dilution company should inform the shareholders on their website, like they did back in November. I personally think, retail investors are dumping because they don't want to wait anymore and took their loses and moved on. As for me I will hold and like I said, will add, if this drops below 3's like it did yesterday. I just plan on investing altogether $3000 and if I lose, then so be it.
