I seriously doubt it will have that big an impact. Most manufacturing jobs are already paying more than minimum wage...

Wages in Manufacturing

United States Average Hourly Wages in Manufacturing 1950-2016 | Data

Wages in Manufacturing in the United States increased to 20.16 USD/Hour in February from 20.14 USD/Hour in January of 2016. Wages in Manufacturing in the United States averaged 8.82 USD/Hour from 1950 until 2016, reaching an all time high of 20.20 USD/Hour in December of 2015 and a record low of 1.27 USD/Hour in February of 1950. Wages in Manufacturing in the United States is reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Your assumption also doesn't take into account costs of transportation, availability of parts and materials and proximity to customers, all of which are considerations for where a manufacturer locates. If wages were the only factor, we wouldn't have any US manufacturing jobs now.
