Everybody on Redgs board has a "primary" profession.---this group of people simply got together, formed this company in order to have a way they can get funded quicker , more lucrative fashion.

Benny said in that last video that he was against going public.

This is their hobby /dream.

It would be entirely different if they were depending on Redg for their "bread & butter".

They were like the proverbial " deer in the headlights " when Benny simply says-------I failed---Issen saying Redg would succeed ---after he sold his production company to Redg ---and then partnering with Magnolia Productions on their last film.

SCOTTRADE banning buys on Redg may have a business decision based on personal experience from one of their "own" losing their "butts" too.
