edited----"throw out note and equity" ?!?!---well I dont think I can---that is how the company has stated the bond issue was being paid for---plus---every add on "insurance" backer ive seen requires 100% subscription---do THEY "throw it out" ?!?!---gotta admit creates an interesting scenario---IF "equity" is a big pile of pinkypenny stuff----does THAT earn 10% ?!?!----can you say "cash is in the bank"----if it is a note and "stock" ?!?!----
