It did not do that last year around the time of the 10K.

I remember the share price going as high as 87(?) cents back in 2010, but that wasn't last year. As I recall, it was more of a confluence of stuff happening with POWN, not a pump and dump, that drove the share price up

And, I think it went as high as 67(?) cents back in 2007, again, that was not last year. This one looks like it could have been a pump and dump

I think, a couple of years ago (when "Stan Lee's Mighty 7" animated movie was coming out), a group on iHub called the Matrix group, tried to do a pump for POWN, it didn't appear to be very successful.

New Doctor said there was a "pump and dumb", last year around the time the 10K came out. I don't see one, or evidence there was one.
