"note payable" to pay for a bond ?!?! and "equity" ?!?!----equity in WHAT ?!----guess THAT is why you use a non-registered foreign issuer !!----side note----10% ? ----i can get 10 % all day in a dozen US issuers ---ALL currently doing biz and generating rev---junk ?,sure ! but for "pinkypenny oil exploration,PERUVIAN silver (!!) and mj start-up---I need alot more than 10% !!-----"note payable" to pay for a bond !!!!! dont think ive seen that before !!
