If KEYO's entity status w/ the State of DE SOS is currently "DISSOLVED" and not "CANCELLED", what does that mean for KEYO and it's role in any future, possible reverse merger scenarios?
And, again, Popt...How long does the State of Delaware provide a company to complete it's winding up of the entity ('dissolution period')?
Based on the type of status w/ the DE SOS KEYO carries (DISSOLVED) and the fact that it was only initially filed 5/22/14, means that KEYO won't have it's status changed to CANCELLED until when or what happens?
