Proof would certainly be more than a NGCG press release because they have issued so many false and misleading PRs in the past. I don't understand how anyone could keep falling for for the same nonsense from Ross.

It is absurd to think Ross just walked away - much like he didn't walk away from Hall of Fame beverages.

The point is Ross hasn't gone anywhere - he is still calling the shots. Morrison was paid so they could use his resume - he never had any control over the company.
