Altogether I received 3 emails making sure I was pleased with SCOTTRADE, 1 phone call in which I voiced my dissatisfaction with their in house decisions to change trading rules after I joined their firm.

The 4th and last email was a satisfaction survey using Mutiple choice about service, and asking if I would refer anybody to SCOTTRADE.

I rated them on the lowest possible rating.

Redg couldn't be the only stock that has gotten low volume that was traded through SCOTTRADE.
