We have engaged Ascendiant Capital Markets in a non-exclusive capacity as an investment banker to facilitate introductions to, and assist with structuring short-term traditional funding and strategic partnerships. We are also in discussions with numerous top-tier investment banking forms in our efforts to secure long term funding.
