why taking so long? I"m not sure if this is valid but the reason I was thinking they are 'taking so long' is for DMRJ to take advantage of a 20-30 day period of a very low stock price so they could reprice their millions of shares that convert at higher levels - thus reducing a lot of the risk to them that their own selling of the .08s has contributed to. Then if things DO drag on for another year or two they will be more able to convert accrued interest to shares and then sell for a profit on ALL of their debt and not just some. I see it as probably them following a fairly standard formula.

What if you turn around the question: If something exciting has been discussed over the last 1-2 months why is THAT taking so long? Is there any need to wait until the debt to DMRJ is due? If so, what is that need?

April will be a big month for Virtual Reality. Check out my board for microcap VR opportunities.
