Investors are holding on because we were all told an Investment banker/deal announcement was supposedly coming. Then silence transpired, then Tweets came...then the 10-k come out referencing EVERYTHING that's transpired up to now, but still nothing, absolutely nothing but guess work as to any type or size of deal or backing or anything to do with a Blue Chip Investment banker. NOTHING WHAT SO EVER.

Why is the most important aspect to the future of RXSF and its Shareholders still missing.

I heard December, nothing.
I heard January, nothing.
I heard March, nothing.

I think it's coming BUT WHEN...Shareholders need comfort, No?

How can a company up list this year when we are still obviously seeking the $$!!

Everything I say is in my opinion, do your own DD and make your decision wisely! Don't spend more then you can afford to lose!
