the one thing i'm still confused about is how any of the notes due in july could be converting already. that doesn't make sense. but i do see the math that indicates such. maybe JDoggs has an opinion.

i've got a nice position here. i'll be adding more if:

1. we get some major news.

2. we see a form 4 showing CEO and president have added the remainder of their salary ($60K) that they are still owed, as preferred shares.
