There's,a number of top2 inhibitors as well as now top2a(alpha) inhibitors which seem to also have an effect on the anticancer p53 gene. These top2 drugs seem to inhibit certain genes that stimulate cancer growth. The top2a seems rather effective at helping especially those with that gene exposing them. I think the new immunotherapy by big companies that simply seeks and kills cancer cells of all types is big right now and growing because it could be powerful as an anticancer treatment for all. Here's a link to some top2 and top2a inhibitors. I'd assume if a top2 or top2a can inhibit a gene from promoting cancer it would no longer be a drug-resistant cancer. These are very selective ways to kill cancer. Where's I believe immunotherapy searches out and kills more broad a range of cancer. I feel adva-27a is,targeting more in breast cancer than simply the top2 since it also effects drug resistance in breast cancer, possibly well see that proven later causing the value of this to go up. If there aren't any other drugs that can target that also effectively right now.
