Yep, it looks like they finally put out an official PR about the diamond fiasco. My question is, why did they just not find someone else instead of Melvin. Evidently they did not do any DD on the diamond situation up in Canada. If they did do some DD and found some decent property, they wouldn't have abandoned the whole project, just Melvin. I think they went into it knowing the diamond play was just for a pump and dump just like their other acquisitions. When people finally realize this they will be beating down the door to Clayton's office, of coarse he will be long gone with a note on his desk that says, See you later, suckers!
