more has been explained than has been confirmed

there are three options, we're still not 100% sure existing FHAL shareholders get to particpate in that. But let's say we do and many of us including me are betting on that......how do you just adjust a market price and sustain it if there aren't enough buyers? It's not like this is a stock buy back.

so, there's some risk here and it's reflected in the current pps.
