ECAB/Fredrik & Arctic
What about the relation ECAB – SIAF nowadays, does it not seems like something has changed since Fredrik/Solomon’s shared conf call about the divestment strategy last Sep?
- It was mentioned then that we will see more frequent status updates on the divestment process. It has now gone 6 months and no new update calls planned from team “Fredrik/Solomon”
- Fredrik is still not part of BOD, why? Legal reasons was mentioned in the call..
- Arctic Securities (Fredrik’s old Carnegie friends?) was selected to be the financial advisor in relation to Oslo listing as announced in Sep 2015. In the end it seems Swedbank is running this now instead of Arctic?
- Bertil (ECAB selected CFO) resigned and moved to a more “light” role
Are these just “ghosts” or is there some sort of conflict, or difference in opinion between ECAB and SIAF, on best way forward, if so, consequences?
Any inside on this?
