Sinclair submitted the research design. The research design never mentioned coins being found, nor did Sinclair say the Captain's wife was identified on the platter. But SFRX made that claim to the Court.

SFRX filed in the original complaint "agin" the unsophisticated individual that one of the company's archaeologists found the coins. When I asked if Jim Sinclair was going to be called by Kyle I assumed it was Sinclair since Seafarer has NO OTHER projects underway, and haven't had since they filed the complaint.

If it wasn't Sinclair that made the "alleged" recovery of the coins, who was it, and do you have a link?
