Please consider the following facts as supplied by the CEO a few years ago. He stated 65% of revenue from dispensaries go to costs. MOst dispensaries may clear 35% profit.
That means share holders will see 57% of that 35%.
Q 1 ends in a few days. That means 1921 Western will have three quarters of revenue. They have no customer base and the entire state of NEvada only has 13,000 patients. FYI Blumoak has 42,000 patients and generates 14 million a year.
AT best the other three dispensaries may open in Q3 which gives them 6 months to establish their customer base and generate revenue.
The cultivation sites will not be open till 2017 so costs for product will be at a premium unless they barter IVXX , etc.
It will be interesting to take the number of grams needed to sell at .90 a gram (minus 43%) to achieve your revenue.
Don't forget there is 62 dispensaries already operating and have a customer base.....
I have attached the proposed Budget for Blum Boutique of Berkeley Ca. It has numbers that should help. The CEO of Blum Boutique is the same as BlumOak, Salwa Ibrahim.
FYI she projects after year one Blum Boutique will profit 7,000 dollars
year two 443,000 dollars
year three 792,000 dollars
