Your reasoning sounds good maybe for another company but AMIC is far, far away from FDA approval.

Denial might be fast if they submit another denovo but if radiogel were really going to have a chance we all know denovo is not the Avenue.

But there lies the problem because amic cant afford the proper required testing.

Only positive thing for the company at the moment is circadian and their website is shut down. :(
