JimLur How did a decision be reached to ARBITRATE 3G with LG when there was no contract or license agreement any longer in force? There had to be some agreement between the parties that they would agree on arbitration which I believe determined if LG owed for 3G. Merritt didn't state that IDCC had won the right to sue LG but rather LG 3G was behind them and it opened doors for working together. I stand by the Huawei decision will play a big part on what LG pays. How in the hell do you arbitrate a non existant expired license? IDCC could have gone to court years ago and in my opinion should have. JMO Mickey
