Over the last couple of weeks there have been at least two posts, one of which was one I relayed from Steve to which he was a personal witness; that of large investors who visited IF to test the product(s) personally, after which the common message was, 'We would like to invest but at this level with all the uncertainty due to manipulation and a poor image amongst investors it would not be wise to invest at this time. If and when the price is higher and more stable we would take another look at HCTI.'
That was the general tone as described to me by Steve. Two weeks later we have a filing alerting stockholders of a RS.
I would love to have some opinions about reasoning behind the 4:1 A/S split. Is anyone of the opinion that one possibility might be to do a share buy back? What are your thoughts.
