It appears you are the only one here who thinks she committed a crime. To me...her only crime was being inept at her job. They needed financing and the way she obtained it was all they qualified for. It's perfectly legitimate to trade financing for convertible debt. She may know IT but she does not know how to run a company. Its too bad they put her in charge but it is what it is. There is no fraud or criminal intent.

People lose money all the time in the stock market because companies fail. Its the way of the world. Demanding her head on a platter every second of every day is not helping anyone.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
