Not executable until .60 pps or 4 years if I read it right. And they're getting it at .03, which is fair with where it's holding. I'd have been worried if it was a penny. I can get it less than .03 first thing Monday so it's a better deal IMO than what they arranged days ago. They're certainly not going to sell it for less than .03, so they expect it to go higher. On top of it all, they're still applying the addendum from 3/11, which dictates that no more than 25% of any days given trade volume can be the converted shares entry into the market, as I understand it.
