Exactly. They will probably time it with uplisting. Not to mention the shares they receive will be held in escrow and will probably be restricted so they won't be flooding the market at once. And IMO I think the ultimate goal/plan is that the Blum owners know that TRTC might be worth $5, $10, $50 who knows in the years to come and thus will be holding long term with us.

IMHO good luck.....Dollarland in 2016 easily.
