I think we are on the same wavelength. Peregrine cannot come back to the retail investors looking for money. They have gone back to this well too many times.

Development costs can and must be slashed to the bone until and unless a partner willing to carry the load is found.

If no partner is found, Peregrine simply must push Avid to the $100 million a year gross before continuing large scale Bavi-immunotherapy trials IMO.
