-When a company files a 'Super 8K' the company does not automatically begin to trade. The Super 8K terminates the existence of the company.


Yep, and in CCRA's case, NHMD filed the "Super 8K" and CCRA's existence was terminated.

Just like in KEYO's case, NANT will file the "Super 8K" and KEYO's existence will FINALLY be fully terminated, or one could say, fully dissolved.

Some folks are starting to get it but they don't quite know it yet. But, not fully because "The Company" in a "Super 8K" is the private company going public.
