ARCA is just an ecn. I route through them as do many others. Best way to get the otcbb market to actually show your bid or ask. Most mms don't. That's why ARCA show up crossed many times. If bid is 1.10 and you want to sell at 1.10, ARCA will move there and show it on the ask.
