I read that SA article as well. It looked like a shareholder sent out tons of emails and ran the stock price up pretty high. After that Harmonic started getting closely looked at. Harmonic was a start up that wasnt fully operational at the time, and because of all of the attention got a bad rap imo. It looked like Harmonic was trying to model itself after Klean. Klean has the technology that Harmonic was trying to get from Koulei for the tire pyrolysis systems. I think those photos were from Koulei or Kleans factory in Japan...but this is all imo.
