You may be a little confused.. every place I read says they may be awarded 180 day grace period if not in compliance by 28th march.. http://www.streetinsider.com/dr/news.php?id=10929861

I'm pretty sure what they are currently in is called the compliance period.. even tho they were in same situation earlier.. they have not used to grace period yet.
