I don't have any intel. Could be manipulation, could be legitimate, could be the wind changing directions. I've noticed in the past that there will be price increases before news is released. 30,000 shares isn't a lot of volume so it could just be someone trying to give a wake up call to other shareholders in anticipation of a news release that will create a short term pop in share price.
