It's certainly possible in this scenario if it comes through. However, a reverse merger in this situation, if it happens, will take the share price much higher than where it is now. If this deal goes through, they have other big plans for the merger, something that retail investors are not in the loop. If it happens, there are much bigger plans. I just don't know if this is just a temporary play or short or long term. If their technology is proven to help the environment and there is some solid peer review articles about their technology, which I haven't found any yet and if they actually exist as an entity, then I see a major upside, who knows where this would go with that technology. Remember, apparently they are the first to implement this technology.
