In my book the government officials are either going to wipe out ALL the shareholders or reward them. There will not be a day that preferds shareholders get to keep their value while the common shareholders get wiped out. If that were to happen you are looking at WWIII on the government reps. So either you believe in the GSE business model as it stands now or you dont. If you think there is a better business model that works then sell now and move on. If you think this is the only business model that works then HOLD AND BUY MORE SHARES.
I believe it works and keeps the American homeowner in business buying and owning the American Dream, their home. You see I bet my house this business model will outlast most of us here at IHUB. Think of what I said and act accordingly. GLTY.
