"almost sure someone is building a LARGE to VERY LARGE PPHM position to do exactly what I once described. Shelf a MAX of shares, then make a bid on the remaining ones at higher and very acceptable prices" How can someone do this without triggering the poison pill?... unless it's either the company buying or an already agreed merger/ acquisition?
