Insiders are not allowed to buy or sell if they have knowledge that is material and not public knowledge....... anyway they usually wait till after earnings/filings are out to make any sales or buys...

Next tuesday the earnings is released but they still have to disclose the final merger IMHO....plus they may knowledge about Nevada operations that the public does not know ........

It is very exciting as all the info is positive long term...... short term dilution may scare some novices....
