Isn't it possible DMRJ is manipulating the price so as to keep the average price in the X days prior to their new refinancing deal down low, since that average trading price would then be used to reprice ALL of the prior debt strike prices that were higher? I"m sure they would love for the strike prices over a dollar to all be dropped down to 25-30 cents, so they could convert interest due at their hearts content.
That would be another reason why there was no early announcement - the more days at these lower prices, the better off DMRJ will be.
Lot of wishful thinking here, and with good reason: Some rational, most emotional.
